Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for a Project Coordinator with a major corporation in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
This assignment is hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Description:
Our division leverages technology, data analytics, optimization, statistical and econometric modeling to build innovative tools that shape business decisions and drive business value. As a Project Coordinator on the team, you will assist with the coordination, planning, and on-site execution of the annual Data & Analytics Conference at our Resort. You will also assist with communicating event details to our Guests, sponsors, and partners.
• Assist with the coordination of all aspects of the conference based on guidance provided by planning team members.
• Support the planning team and content subcommittee through the presentation content review processes.
• Support sponsorship sales based on guidance from the sponsorship lead, including contract management and responding to sponsor inquiries.
• Assist with coordinating and maintaining event timelines and schedules and ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities.
• Support conference registration and communication with attendees.
• Support event logistics, such as communications, registration, transportation, accommodations, and resource assignments.
• Monitor event activities to support Guest and attendee satisfaction and recommend adjustments as necessary to the leadership team.
• Prepare post-event reports and coordinate evaluations to measure the success of the event.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum one year of experience performing project management, event management, or hospitality management.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two or more years of experience performing project management, event management, or hospitality management.
• New College Grad - Bachelor's degree in project management, hospitality management, communications, or a related field.
• Experience using Smartsheet.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign.
• Experience planning events in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of Walt Disney World products and offerings.
