JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator II
MARKET/PRACTICE/DISCIPLINE/SECTOR: Aviation/Jviation/Infrastructure

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator provides support to Project Managers to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information 

• The position may work closely with the Missouri Department of Transportation-Aviation Section related to project development and coordination, project documentation, contract administration, grant administration, Requests for Reimbursements and DBE program coordination. 

• Prior experience with MoDOT preferred.

• Assist with reproduction of drawings, reports, etc. 

• Assist with formatting and compiling of preliminary contract documents, special provisions and technical specifications 

• Assist with formatting of engineer’s report and modification to standards 

• Compile/submit permits, as needed 

• Format all out-going correspondence, letters, memorandums 

• Prepare agendas and sign in sheets 

• Participate in team meetings and compile meeting minutes 

• Support on state portal management  

• Maintain project documentation 

• Prepare/maintain digital document contro 

• Review and validate sub invoices 

• Prepare request for reimbursements and project funding summaries 

• Review certified payrolls  

• Prepare federal and state grant applications and sponsor certificates 

• Bid site management 

• Prepare/submit DBE and ACDBE programs, goals, reports 

• Contract management 

• Ensure project managers needs are met as the project evolves 

• Assist with resource management
