Project Coordinator Intern - TransPerfect

Opportunity to convert to full-time after 4-6 months or after graduation with Bachelor's degree

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

What You Will Be Doing:

The intern will form part of our Translation Project Management Team. Responsibilities include providing support to teams in Buenos Aires and Miami on Translation projects in accordance to the standards of our company.

• Provide support to an international team based in North America, South America, and Europe on different phases of Translation projects focused on Life Sciences
• Communicate with and search for linguists in our data base
• Negotiate with freelance translators and proofreaders
• Prepare files for translation
• Ensure deadlines are met with the linguists according to projects
• Preparing trackers, job folders and files for subsequent translation tasks
• Issuing POs for vendors
• Potentially carry out linguistics/non-linguistics final eyes to ensure the final product meets clients' needs

Who We Are Looking For:

• Recent Graduate or 2025 Graduate
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset. Such as Spanish and French
• Must have proficient experience using MS Office
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective time management
• Good communication skills
• Positive can-do attitude
