Project Coordinator/Inside Sales Rep - Building Services - MTH Industries

Responsibilities include:

· Coordinate project tasks and ensure respective team members are updated as needed.

· Respond to customer inquiries, including tasks such as preparing and issuing customer quotes/proposals, as well as following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

· Vendor solicitation & negotiation, cost control and invoicing.

· Project management duties include purchasing, following work instructions, scheduling, cost control, invoicing, and other directions as required.

· Serve as a knowledgeable resource to assist customers with product specifications and services.

· Keep customers apprised of project issues, schedules and costs.

· Proactively generate sales and promote Company services.

· Become a reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

· Develop professional relationships within the Company in all departments to provide team-based solutions and foster strong internal communication.

· Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Skills required:

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM Software and Accounting Programs.

· Ability to evaluate customers' needs and match them with appropriate products and services.

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

· Bachelor's degree preferred or GED + 1 year industry or inside sales experience

· Knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment a plus.

· Familiarity with reading blueprints and shop drawings a plus.
