Day-to-Day Duties May Include:
- Assisting in budget/resource planning of projects.
- Supporting for the project start up, planning, solution, and cost estimates.
- Assisting IT solution owner in project planning activities until IT project manager is allocated to the project.
- Tracking project status as part of portfolio updates.
- Coordinating with the project managers and other IT unit managers on project, workload, and IT asset information and processes.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience in project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of and experience in project management principles and processes including the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
- Knowledge of resource management.
- Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prior working experience with Smartsheet, Anaplan & Box.
