Our Client, a Retail Company, is looking for Project Coordinator: II (Intermediate) for their Grand Rapids, MI/Hybrid location
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate for this role has 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Provides the demand manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan.
- Assists in information collection and validations.
- Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
- This role will specifically be focused on supporting our demand management process. We have a demand intake process through our service now tool where business and IT teams can request Infrastructure and operations resources for large projects.
- As part of the demand process, this person will be working to gather all required information from various teams to ensure the full scope, requirements, timing and budget of these requests is documented.
- Once demand is completed, will be working with our demand manager to support the prioritization and resource allocation process.
- Will ensure any changes to the requests is documented and escalated as appropriate.
- Support reporting, maintenance, metrics and any other support with our demand and project management process as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
- ServiceNow experience in SPM project management strongly preferred.
