Overview
First National Bank of America is growing and adding an organized and motivated Junior Account Executive to our Acquisitions Broker Relationship team. Ideal candidates will possess the knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals. The Junior Account Executive will play a key role in building and fostering broker partnerships to purchase owner financed notes and mortgages/land contracts. This position is intended to train and grow into an Account Executive role within 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new brokers through targeted research and outreach efforts
- Nurture and expand existing broker relationships to drive business growth
- Provide timely and competitive quotes to brokers to facilitate deals
- Collaborate closely with Loan Specialists in processing files for underwriting
- Facilitate the closing of transactions with brokers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Occasional Travel (up to 10%) for industry workshops and events
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external customers
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in mathematical logic and reasoning
