About the Job
Power Plumbing is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate area-wide projects simultaneously between Sales/Estimating, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Duties:
- Creates and maintains project files.
- Daily coordination of projects, schedules, equipment schedules, etc
- Track status and maintain schedules of each project from initial order production to completion.
- Distributes and communicates critical project information throughout the design, approval, purchasing and production processes.
- Coordinates and communicates with clients and general contractors regarding project details, costs, and scheduling.
- Processing, inputting, and filing submittals and approvals.
- Coordinates change orders and pricing deviations.
- Assists Ops manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of construction project experience.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Sense of urgency – able to operate in high volume, fast-paced, changing environment while moving multiple priorities forward.
- High level of professionalism (ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral skills)
- Create a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork with our staff and with the general contractors.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently on a variety of projects under minimal supervision.
