Project Coordinator (Framingham, MA)

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with the coordination of project activities, including coordinating materials, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely and on-budget completion of project deliverables. This is an in-person position

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and project information
• Serve as point of communication between company teams, customers, and external resources
• Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirements
• Support project documentation, such as tracking materials, reviewing invoices, and updating labor hours
• Maintain accurate and standardized files
• Monitor project progress and follow up with any invoices, change orders, or scheduling changes
• Coordinates requests for delivery, service, and installation with internal departments.
• Organize material needs for Warehouse Team
• Use reporting tools to help monitor working hours, plans, and costs
• Providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in coordinating teams and clients
• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Technical mindset and be able to adapt quickly to new technologies
• Computer literacy for spreadsheet and word processing software
• Time management skills, especially familiarity with task completion and goal setting
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and remain motivated.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
• Ability to utilize Outlook email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
