What You’ll Do:

• Manage project documents such as subcontracts, compliance records, change orders, and closeouts.
• Submit accurate draw packages to lenders while supporting regional teams with draw processes.
• Oversee safety files, implement safety programs, and research safety data from suppliers.
• Provide seamless administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors.
• Work collaboratively to ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe is essential.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Construction industry experience that prepares you to hit the ground running.
