What You’ll Do:
- Manage project documents such as subcontracts, compliance records, change orders, and closeouts.
- Submit accurate draw packages to lenders while supporting regional teams with draw processes.
- Oversee safety files, implement safety programs, and research safety data from suppliers.
- Provide seamless administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors.
- Work collaboratively to ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe is essential.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Construction industry experience that prepares you to hit the ground running.
