o For example:
PAY RATE: 33.08/HR
- Work with Medical business users (FM, Content, MI, Pubs, etc.), IT, BI&A, and Medical Business Solutions Leads to assess the effectiveness of current tactics used within the existing support models across all Medical Capabilities.
o For example:
- How is initial access granted and training provided? Is this an easy and efficient process?
- How are issues reported? Are they resolved quickly?
- How do we measure User Satisfaction?
- How do we capture capability usage metrics? Are they accurate?
- Create a gap analysis to determine where support tactics need to be improved or implemented.
- Work with Solutions Leads, Medical business users, IT, and BI&A to identify tactics which would be most effective to address support model areas of need.
- Work with Solutions Leads and Medical business teams to create and implement, or improve tactics and oversee initial execution.
- Create documentation of the tactics used for support models across all Medical Capabilities.
