The Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing support to a Program or Project Manager in the execution of key activities of the project life cycle in support of the Elevance M&A. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining key project artifacts while also assisting in the day to day running of project meetings.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule and attend meetings; publish meeting minutes; action item follow up.
• Maintain risks and issues. Manage the RAID Log to ensure new items are captured and updated, and follow up on open items with relevant team members as required.
• Maintain the integrated program/project plan; working with the program, project and workstream leads.
• Manage project-related artifacts by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Complete ad hoc requests from the IMO, Program Leads, and team members
• Perform target process updates

• Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Jira, and Excel.
