Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly sprint demos, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are prepared and informed.
- Arrange and manage recurring meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring follow-up actions are documented and completed.
- Manage the sprint plan, including timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities.
- Ensure that all project materials are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
- Facilitate communication and updates among project stakeholders, providing timely information on progress and any potential roadblocks.
- Compile and manage project files, tracking all relevant documentation and reports.
- Pull data and metrics as needed to support project decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Support workstream leads in coordinating project sessions, including workshops and brainstorming meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within a digital or talent strategy context.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports to inform project strategies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
