Project Coordinator - Inceed

Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Cornelius, North Carolina

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing and managing various projects across a national footprint. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. This opportunity is open due to growth and offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technology and infrastructure projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the daily execution of multiple projects across a national footprint.
• Ensure project execution aligns with established schedules, scopes, and organizational standards.
• Track and manage project activities, timelines, milestones, and overall quality to meet objectives.

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including attention to detail and effective multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Basic technology support and troubleshooting skills, with familiarity with ticketing systems.

• Experience managing remote technicians.
• Background or experience in the telecommunication industry.

• Involves overseeing projects such as new installations, migrations, renovations, and upgrades of enterprise network infrastructures.
• The role is full-time and on-site.
