About the Job
We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator in Norcross.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction
- Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
- Attention to Detail
- Microsoft Excel
- Sage and Procore is a plus
- Create RFIs per PM instructions.
- Complete new job set up per the New Job Request form and set up job data sheet
- Set up new vendors
- Create and issue subcontract and PO commitments
- Create and issue commitment COs
- Create PCO requests
- ERP Integrations
- Save and review GC contracts (Update in software, request COI & Exhibit L, extract billing documents and update billing matrix, enter financial markup, extract LEED documentation).
- Request bid bonds or P&P Bonds as required by General Contractor
- Issue job specific COIs to GCs.
- Assist with annual COI update to GCs.
- Acquire all invoices, verify vendor, amount, invoice number, and billing requirements, code and send to approver.
- Request vendor lien waivers via Levelset.
- Handle all AP inquiries.
