Project Coordinator - Jim Hart

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a well established veteran owned company in the interior design and construction industry in Columbia, MD seeking a new permanent addition to their office family.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
In office 4 days a week Mon - Thur with option to work from home on Fridays once training is complete.
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities:
Compile, verify data, and update project files.
Process bids.
Process purchase orders, track product delivery, and update client and team on changes.
Interact with customers via phone and email.
Schedule installations with third party vendor.
Report weekly on status of multiple ongoing projects.
Create excel spreadsheets with basic formulas on new projects.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Project Coordination or sales support in the furniture, design, construction, or home improvement industry.
Track record of exceptional tenure in previous roles.
Ability to communicate with business executives and C-suite personnel with timeliness and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (assessment will be give).
Abilty to juggle tight deadlines on multi projects in a fast paced environment.
