Overview:
Supports more experienced team members on large-scale complex transformation initiatives, or strategically important short-term engagements, that deliver business outcomes. Participates and plans gathering and analyzing information that supports problem, scope, and outcome definitions as well as the creating related communications and documentation. Completes routine to highly complex analyses and research in support of execution and delivery of business goals and strategies. This function serves as independent 3rd party advising and supporting internal stakeholders on transformation delivery and execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leverage multiple Transformation Delivery Tools to ensure all action items, risks, decisions, and issues are identified, captured and escalated appropriately. Ensure follow-up on all critical items and drive accountability through documentation of deliverables and owners to ensure continued progress against plan.
- Create templated and ad-hoc roadmaps, change management plans, timelines, and continuous status reporting, governance frameworks and other artifacts to support and participate in/lead discussions and workshops intended to define priorities, objectives, success measures, customer experiences, and outcomes.
- Develop routine to highly complex communications on transformation initiatives used across various levels in the organization with high attention to detail and quality.
- Analyze information, determine feasibility of solutions and make recommendations to support Transformation Delivery Leads/Managers.
- Participate in, and document, meeting discussions and summarize takeaways to drive accountability and transparency.

- Own the resolution of routine to highly complex issues.
- Continue to expand institutional and banking knowledge of the Company's people, business processes and workflows, products, and technologies.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders to support effective delivery of outcomes.

- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
