In this role the Project Coordinator - Brand and Design will be responsible for supporting our private label brand strategy and coordinating with the internal Brand & Design team, design agencies, and buying teams for a 360 effort to bring concept alive to our customers. The ideal candidate will have had prior experience working with packaging, design agencies, or the CPG sector in packaging and design, have an educational background in product management, marketing, or general business.

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information, both incoming and outgoing, with external and internal parties ensuring an ongoing understanding of current issues, proposing/taking action where appropriate.
• Serves as the primary liaison between internal and external parties in coordination with direct leader.
• Utilizes various computer applications for database management, report generation, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Ensures that a polite and professional manner is maintained in all internal/external communications.
• Contributes positively and constructively to the team.
• Manages critical paths of category own label packaging projects that go through the ALDI product launch process.
• Manages the team’s inbox and disseminates key tasks to the wider business.
• Manages and files invoices for payment and makes recommendations for cost savings and/or efficiencies.
• Coordinates global branding initiatives, ensuring all departments are aligned as required.
• Facilitates processes and analyzes results of each initiative.
• Supports creation of various proposals, memos, and packaging and branding presentations.
• Monitors and reacts to agency KPI reports.
• Maintains branding documents including, but not limited to, Brand Manager site, Global Trade Item Numbers Tracker, Trademark Overview, training documents, and user manuals.
• Creates new methods and processes to streamline, implement, and create efficiencies.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
• Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.

• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Travel:
• Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training project work and administrative tasks.
