| Job Title: Project Coordinator Remote Job Description: ● Contractor will own the end-to-end execution and coordination of vFaciltiation Academy (our key program for faculty enablement), Showcases and Scholars in Practice which includes the below: ○ Contractor will maintain appropriate administrative tasks and record keeping standards for the effective administration of the service. . ○ Contractor will manage and maintain programming (Asana, Intellum, Eduflow, Google calendar, OKR tool). ○ Contractor will manage the logistics to allow up to 60 Googler Facilitators to audition for Mastery Faculty, twice a year. ○ Contractor will send the template comms for each cohort before and after each session for vFacilitation Academy, Showcases and Scholars in Practice. As needed, they will be responsible for adjusting custom fields related to session details. ○ Contractor will be responsible for timely, accurate and effective communication with attendees across all aspects of the training for vFacilitation Academy, Showcases and Scholars in Practice (Run of shows, FAQ, resource guides, playbooks etc) once a month or as requested / required by Google.. ○ Contractor will proactively manage attendee experience to a high standard, anticipating and resolving issues where they arise, without regard to or input from Google, insofar as is practicable. ○ Contractor will coordinate and manage multiple cohorts simultaneously to ensure a continuous, consistent and uninterrupted experience for the attendees - up to 7 cohorts at once, spread globally. ○ Contractor will schedule up to 7 weekly sessions per cohort (up to 4 cohorts at once) for Scholars in Practice, in alignment with the Playbook. ○ Contractor will document feedback from learners and their experience on the program, according to the process outlined in the playbook. |
