The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing timely updates to project managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and other relevant materials.
- Support project budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain project management tools and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support project teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
