The Role
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting carbonhouse's Support department by coordinating and managing tasks related to web projects for our arts and venue clients. This individual will track project progress, communicate with clients, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional support to both internal teams and clients.
What Will You Do?
- Responsible for coordinating and managing assigned tasks for the support of carbonhouse's existing client base of arts and venue organizations.
- Assist in tracking the progress of support-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and reporting updates to the Support team.
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding support-related projects, providing timely updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between the Support, Design, and Development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and generate reports on project status, timelines, and any outstanding issues.
- Work with the team to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission to clients.
What Will You Bring?
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years' experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role, ideally in a web development or technical support environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Understanding of web development processes, content management systems (CMS), and ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and internal team collaboration.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
