Selectek has a client who is looking to add an experienced architectural Project Coordinator to their team. Candidates should have a strong architectural background with commercial, restaurant, or retail projects.
This position will call for the Project Coordinator to have excellent AutoCAD production level skills. The right candidate will need to have experience coordinating projects with clients and producing the construction documents at a production pace. The ability to put together building construction documents is essential as this role will need to deliver the construction documents accurately and ahead of schedule.
Architectural experience is the main focus, but the role will work with the electrical, piping, plumbing, and civil aspects of the projects when necessary.
- 3+ recent years Architectural Project Coordination experience for commercial or retail projects
- AutoCAD Proficiency
- Experience developing construction documents
Pay: $25-$32/hour DOE ($52, 000-$66, 500 annually)
