Project Coordinator – Job Description
Drug test is required.Overview:
The Project Coordinator will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Customers to manage project schedules, ensure compliance with specifications, and facilitate field services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate project requirements and schedules with department managers.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and checklists using tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- Coordinate control and instrumentation needs with electrical engineers and mechanical requirements with mechanical engineers.
- Communicate project status to clients
- Assist with field service scheduling and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in manufacturing; experience.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications, as well as mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD; experience with SolidWorks is an advantage.
