Responsibilities:

• Review and distribute project agreements, schedules, and documents
• Prepare transmittal letters and meeting minutes
• Coordinate project reproduction and distribution
• Assist with contract amendments and bid document distribution
• Compile data for construction cost estimates
• Assist with bid advertisements and addendum preparation
• Maintain contract databases and manage change orders
• Receive and process construction correspondence and submittals
• Coordinate shop drawing submittals and RFI's
• Prepare construction contract completion documents
• Coordinate forms for authority having jurisdiction

Requirements:

• High school Diploma and two years of practical experience in Architectural and Engineering projects
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
