Your Role as a Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant:
The Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant is directly involved with our team and participates in planning, administration, and execution of daily tasks supporting our sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and screening processes. In this role, you will work with a talented team dedicated to delivering a positive candidate experience while also ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties of the Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant Role include:
- Managing Company Social-Media Pages/Groups
- Job Boards / Job Postings / Sourcing Resumes
- Managing / Reviewing Applies
- Data Entry / Database Management
- Answering phones / Phone Screening
- Scheduling
- Greeting visitors
- Screening (background, Drug-screens, Safety Training ,etc…
- Assisting candidates through our application process
- Onboarding documentation
- Coordinating/Dispatching Personnel

Background Profile
- Previous experience involving any of the following: receptionist, administrative support, recruiter, recruiting coordinator, previous staffing agency or related business experience.
- Career-minded Entry Level candidates will also be considered.
- Prior industry-related experience within our areas of expertise and an interest in pursuing a career in recruiting. Field, foreman, sales, design, project management, etc.... (electrical, fire alarm, smart building technology, structured cabling, life-safety, security, etc.. )
- Exposure to applicant processing, maintaining employee database, posting job ads, onboarding, ATS or CRM documentation.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Intermediate to advanced skillset with computers and computer software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.
