Project Coordinator / Admin Assistant - LightFire Group

• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks across various departments, ensuring seamless operations.
• Support procurement activities, including vendor communications, purchase order management, and tracking deliveries.
• Assist management in warehouse-related administrative work, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes.
• Provide administrative support for cash-and-carry operations, including transaction reconciliation, customer service, and operational logistics.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support entry-level hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
• Manage outbound logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues.
• Develop and maintain organized filing systems for documentation and records.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide general office support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with procurement, warehouse, or cash-and-carry operations is a plus.
