Sseeking an IT project coordinator who will assist program manager, project managers and team leads in organizing our Teller Replacement application. T
This role will involve
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to
• Assist and support the Program/project managers & Tech leads with tasks such as the development of standard operating procedures, compiling documents such as status reports and risks/issues/action and decision (RAID) logs
• Maintain and monitor project plans/schedules
• Assist with budget, expenditure, and resource planning
• Organize, schedule, and attend project meetings; participate in minute taking. Document important actions and decisions from meetings. Distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Assist program manager with preparing presentation materials for meetings
• Track, analyze and communicate project liabilities and opportunities to the program manager and workstream leads
• Maintain documentation of all project changes
• Collect data and track project success metrics
• Follow-up on outstanding action items
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each workstream
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards that best solution
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

Job Description for Project Coordinator
Sseeking an IT project coordinator who will assist program manager, project managers and team leads in organizing our Teller Replacement application. T
This role will involve
- monitoring project plans,
- schedules,
- assist in coordinating resource hours,
- organize project artifiacts in ADO and Sharepoint,
- participate in stakeholder meetings by taking minutes
- work closely with the Program manager to ensure that project deadlines remain on track.
- Help organize the different workstream deliverables with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to
- work with tight deadlines,
- be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Sharepoint.
- Should have exceptional organization, verbal and written skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- 3+ years of relevant experience is required for consideration.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team
