This position is designated as Hybrid - Fully Flexible and expected to work from our World Headquarters office once per month to several times a week. The specific days in the office are determined by managers based on business requirements. Rotary is under the jurisdiction of Illinois employment laws; we require all employees to live within reasonable daily commuting distance to Evanston.

OverviewThis position provides project coordination to a worldwide network of executive-level Rotary volunteer leaders serve as fundraising, public image, and membership experts for Rotary and The Rotary Foundation. You will have the opportunity to implement team projects; design, build, and analyze report data in Qualtrics; support regional leader travel and expense reimbursement; and help execute communications to global audiences. You will work closely with team members in Regional Leader Support (RLS) and other teams to improve business processes supporting Rotary leaders who are experts, resources, and trainers in their regions.
You Will Have- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project or volunteer management
- At least 1 year experience in project management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Capacity to multi-task and integrate knowledge on multiple, complex projects.
- Experience with Qualtrics or equivalent survey software and databases
- Orientation toward collaborative-based projects and work style
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with global, multicultural audiences
- Experience with broadcast email and budgeting software
- Interpersonal communications skills and have a positive and professional attitude.

Member Support
- Execute complex team projects, including but not limited to regional leader assistant selection (more than 1000 hours), Qualtrics survey creation and analysis (75 hours), travel request processing (5 hours), drafting communications (5 hours), and assist with participants' learning event preparation and follow-up (5 hours), and other duties as assigned.
- Research, vet, and update member information to provide streamlined processing and access to information.
- Participate in team meetings and project management discussions, assess project process, identify opportunities to streamline and/or eliminate unneeded and/or redundant business processes, assess risks and opportunities, and contribute to annual and long-range plans and goals and ensure deliverables are on track.
- Maintain project and process documentation, advise on project communications and messaging, close out projects, and applying learnings to future projects.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics of self-reported data using Qualtrics software.
- Financial Administration
- Ensure the Assistant Selection Process is streamlined to allow for proper expense reporting.
- Identify and implement business process improvements, maintain departmental records, and contribute to other departmental projects as assigned.
- Assist team members with projects to ensure coverage and support as needed.
- Create and update "How-To" documents to SharePoint relevant to Assistant Selection.
