Administrative Controls Management, Inc. (ACM) is a woman-owned, multi-state project and program management consultancy headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan with offices in Detroit, Michigan; Westerville, Ohio; and Charlotte, North Carolina.  

We are currently seeking Project Controls Specialists & Analysts in and around Columbia, South Carolina.  It is expected that all candidates who apply will have either construction experience, or experience in the manufacturing, utility, or petrochemical industries.  Applicants must be authorized to work for any United States employer.  ACM is unable to sponsor or take over any sponsorships for an employment visa.

Project Controls Specialists and/or Analysts should be experienced in:

• Conducting research and analysis to identify areas needing improvement for optimal performance;
• Responsible for budget management, project finances consolidation and tracking, collaboration with scheduling team, and risk management for the specific site;
• Developing and updating weekly schedules working with owner and contractor superintendents, field engineers, and project managers;
• Evaluating project schedule progress, performance and proactively identify developing problem areas;
• Analyzing critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to project completion and recommend alternative work paths;
• Conducting analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.

This opportunity can be hybrid/remote with some required travel to the office location and project locations.
