About the Role:
·
The
Project Controls Manager should have experience in project controls of a major
public-sector project (preferably with the Airport Commission).
What You’ll Do:
- Review of baseline and monthly progress
schedules and work with team to produce monthly reports. - Produce in-house independent Time Impact
Analysis (TIA), including review and evaluation of the design-build
contractor's analysis. - Preparation and monitoring of manpower
against project costs. - Provide and present cost and schedule
control of a large program and risk analysis. - Comfortable using the Airport-provided
project management information system - Advise on schedule risk impact and how
to manage to avoid negative impact. - Professionally engage with the Airport’s
Capital Program Support Services Consultant
Our Ideal Candidate:
Education
and Experience
- Minium 3 to 5
years recent experience in managing large-scale construction projects for
Transportation, Aviation and Airport facilities. A full knowledge of aviation
and airport-related projects preferred, with relevant experience on projects
delivered using an Integrated Project Delivery Method is highly desirable - Bachelor’s
degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and/or
similar required - Professional
Licensure (PE, AE, GE, CE) preferred - Strong
knowledge of Primavera P6 required - LEED AP
qualification preferred. - Security
clearance required
