- Provide guidance during daily Plan of the Day meetings based on Critical path related scope timelines.
- Facilitate weekly schedule adherence discussion and determine the root cause of the misses and document along with what recovery plans have been implemented to regain the lost time.
- Drive weekly schedule submittals to some form of work package build up that contains the quantity of scope to be completed daily and the materials required to complete the scopes are ready to execute for all contractors.
- Facilitate commitments among all vendors to the work scopes for their own equipment and coordination with each other.
- Identify Priority Critical Paths and validate that the contractors schedule submissions properly address these requirements.
- If that are any gating items to meeting any of the critical path items escalate to BV PM management these gating items and determine if further escalation is required.
- Assist BV & Subcontractors in assigning activity durations based on both historical data, work front confirmed available and materials available and Client assigned to the weeks tasks.
- Provide feedback based on daily logs and activities not started and not finished list from P6.
- Review schedule logic with team on weekly basis (3 week look ahead meeting Logic should not constantly change from week to week).
- Provide feedback on resource loading this should be covered in the 3 week look ahead, based on daily completion verification reporting.
- Conduct high-level site field progress verification surveys.
- Work with field representation to develop a schedule including work packages per scope and materials required for interconnects and commissioning.
- Minimum 8 years primavera p6 experience required.
- Prefer Master's degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Four-year Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning and Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with ten years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office.
