Project Control Engineer - Emmerick Group

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Controls Lead to provide technical leadership and oversight for project controls activities on capital projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost and schedule accuracy, mentoring the team, and delivering critical project insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide project controls professionals in cost forecasting, schedule management, and reporting.
• Ensure timely, accurate project updates and actionable insights for project managers.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize project performance and resource allocation.
• Mentor team members to drive continuous improvement and development.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel for cost models and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of AACE best practices, earned value techniques, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or related field; certifications (CCP, EVP, PSP) preferred.
• 5-15 years of project controls experience in capital projects or related industries.
