About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Assist Construction Project Managers with the overall completion and financial outcome of construction projects.
- Review funding requirements and submissions against Plan of Record
- Manage all project financial activity in the Client finance systems, including but not limited to the creation of projects, funding projects, establishing project budgets, requesting purchase orders, change orders, tracking invoice payments and physically and financially closing projects.
- Work closely with Client Project Managers, Vendors, Accounts Payables and other internal Client teams.
- Maintain and update project trackers and communicate financial outlooks
Must have skill:
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Google Office Suite and Smartsheet
- Good understanding of Accounting and financial terms
- Exposure to IBM Tririga and 1ERP is a plus.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business with accounting and finance course work preferred
- Targeted Years of Experience: 2-5 years
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
