- Purchase Orders: Develop requests and monitor shipments.
- Reporting: Generate project reports with various departments.
- Software Expertise: Be knowledgeable in project management and planning software.
- Estimate Directories: Create and prepare as needed.
- Subcontract Preparation: Assist in preparing and monitoring subcontracts.
- Data Gathering: Provide necessary information for the team.
- Change Orders: Assemble and track project change orders.
- Proposal Preparation: Draft outline proposals and pricing templates.
- Resource Support: Provide accurate data for hiring and business development.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support organizational initiatives.
- Meeting Support: Take notes, assign action items, and post notes appropriately.
- Project Delivery: Potential responsibility for smaller projects.
- New Hire Orientation: Assist with scheduling.
- Travel Requests: Handle travel requests and expense reports.
- Client Follow-Up: Keep clients informed about project status and manage issues.
- Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience/training.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel, determined by project needs.
