• The position is the front desk receptionist and meets and greets individuals and clients at the front door. Assists with a variety of miscellaneous items related to general office coordination and other duties as assigned.
• Assists in managing the fleet including coordinating service and tracking vehicle assignments.
• The position is responsible for managing the office checkbook and Credit card, submitting monthly statements and balancing as required and associated with the financial department.  
• Human Resource liaison assisting with benefits, onboarding, off boarding, I-9 completion, and other HR related items as needed. The position is also responsible for ensuring computer is requested and available when employees begin work.
• Collaborate with Marketing to assist in resume development and proposal reviews.
• The position is also responsible for ordering supplies and materials as needed for the office.
• Coordinates office functions and events, including ordering food and developing functions.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Office dress is business casual. Must have reliable transportation and be available to work standard office hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication, technical writing, and time management skills. Candidate should possess a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to quickly learn and utilize database, spreadsheet, editing, graphic and production software, as well as the ability to do targeted online research and summarization will be necessary for success.
• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
• Train adequate backup personnel to support your role in your absence.
• Comply with ISO requirements
• Coordinate administrative work.
• Represent KCI in a positive and open manner and serve as a gatekeeper for your direct supervisor.
• Answer telephones with KCI greeting for assigned projects and handle routine requests.
• Assist project analyst(s) with document control.
• Assist project staff with scheduling and reporting.
• Assist project staff with time entry, expense reports, and mileage.
• Assist with calendar and scheduling meetings as required.
• Assist with marketing and client contact efforts as required.
• Assist with printing and photocopy requirements. AS well as coordinating printer and copier repairs with ABC.
• Assist with proposal preparation.
• Book travel per company policy
• Coordinate and order office supplies
• Draft correspondence
• File and organize project documents and records and keep them accessible
• Implement office administrator duties by the office manager as required
• Keep files accessible and organized
• Maintain and update current project technical specifications software as required
• Perform spreadsheet data entry as requested
• Work with office manager to implement office employee activities as required
