This position is based in our San Francisco office with a hybrid schedule available post-onboarding.

**Primary Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with the Principal in Charge, Senior Project Manager, and clients on design development.
• Lead project teams, clients, and consultants with minimal oversight.
• Oversee BIM model production and drawing coordination for presentations and construction.
• Guide junior staff in creating presentation materials and project tasks.
• Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and experiences.
• Independently manage project delivery plans, budgets, and schedules, providing updates as needed.
• Research and specify materials and systems.
• Champion office standards for quality assurance.
• Attend job site meetings and manage construction administration tasks.

**Qualifications**

• Accredited degree in architecture.
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience, ideally in high-end residential and hospitality projects.
• California State Architect's license preferred.
• Strong technical architecture knowledge, especially in Type V construction.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling/BIM (ArchiCAD preferred).
• Ability to lead and develop junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The base annual salary for this position ranges from $116,000 to $136,000, determined by education, skills, and experience.
