Provides comprehensive Architecture and interior design services for select corporate and retail clients.

Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Architect to assist in the conversion of multiple commercial properties into residential apartments. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit, with extensive experience in developing detailed construction documents and technical detailing.

This role involves addressing the unique challenges of adaptive reuse projects, requiring creative problem-solving and a thorough understanding of building codes and residential design standards. The candidate will collaborate with the project team to ensure the design meets both functional and aesthetic goals while adhering to project timelines and budgets. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for transforming commercial spaces into high-quality residential environments.

Salary / Hourly:
$80,000 - $115,000
