Project Architect/Project Manager - Gpac

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect with 6-12 years of industry expertise to join our innovative team. As a leader in architectural design, we are committed to delivering exceptional projects that shape communities and inspire creativity.

About the Role: In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse range of projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity, quality, and client satisfaction at every stage. You'll collaborate with a talented team of architects, designers, and consultants to bring visionary ideas to life, while also mentoring junior team members and driving technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 6-12 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead project teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
• Design Excellence: A passion for innovative design, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
