Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Concept & Schematic Design -
+ Develop and refine design concepts based on client needs.
+ Produce schematic drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D images.
+ Collaborate with the Interior Designer, Project Architect, and Project Manager.
Final Design -
+ Translate client requirements into detailed designs.
+ Coordinate the architectural design with site, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
+ Assist in developing project specifications.
Architectural Programming -
+ Engage with clients to define project goals and requirements.
+ Analyze site conditions and develop a project summary document.
Construction Documents & Administration -
+ Finalize design details and coordinate with other disciplines.
+ Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and participate in punch list reviews.
Business Development -
+ Develop preliminary design concepts for proposals.
+ Present design ideas during client interviews.
Qualifications -
+ Master of Architecture (Required)
+ Licensed Architect (Required)
+ 5-10 or more years of experience, preferably in education
