We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project development, from initial conceptualization to final execution. The role demands a high level of expertise in Commercial Architecture, Revit, AutoCAD, and Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of complex architectural projects, overseeing every phase from initial design to completion.
- Utilize exceptional design skills to create innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for a variety of commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Use advanced software, including Revit and AutoCAD, to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Address any project issues promptly and professionally, implementing effective solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Continually update skills and knowledge in the field of architecture and engineering, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering industry.
- Proven experience in Commercial Architecture, Revit, AutoCAD, and Project Management is essential.
- Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio of previous architectural projects.
- Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address project issues promptly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to continuing professional development.
- Must be licensed to practice architecture.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and building codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
