Responsibilities:Page’s Mission Critical team is seeking an Architect with experience in data centers and large scale, multi-disciplinary design. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter seeking progressive challenges. Mission Critcal experience is desired, however candidates with healthcare, higher education or advanced manufacturing experience are welcome to apply.
At Page, our architects manage fast-paced design projects while providing innovative solutions to solve design and construction challenges. You will be working alongside an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary design team structured to create award-winning projects. This position offers both personal and professional growth with a wide range of responsibilities and leadership roles.
Responsibilities for this role also include:
- Project design development and production delivery
- Identifying and addressing design related issues
- Construction administrative processes including site observation
- Working with clients, owners, and contractors
- Oversight of budget, schedule, jurisdictional requirements
- Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university;
- 5+ years’ overall experience with experience in data centers (preferred) and/or campus infrastructure, advanced manufacturing or healthcare sectors. Large scale, multi-disciplinary design experience is required.
- Registered Architect;
- Proficiency with REVIT to be used throughout project phases;
- Effective at collaborative communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in organizing project design development and production delivery;
- Skilled at identifying and addressing issues to reach the best resolution;
- Successful at leading and organizing a team of disciplines and consultants;
- Strong detailing skills and proficiency in construction administrative processes;
- Understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project;
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust for fast deadlines;
- Knowledge of sustainability, quality control, and building codes.
