Project Architect - urban

Our client an award-winning, full-service Interior Design and Architecture firm specializing in large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects is seeking a talented Project Architect / Interior Designer to join its Miami office. This firm focuses on designing both interiors and exteriors that create amenity-driven spaces, enhancing the human experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Documentation: Lead the creation of construction documents, interior elevations, wall sections, and details, ensuring accuracy and alignment with established standards.
• Technical Solutions: Solve design and technical challenges by delivering innovative, buildable solutions.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Construction Administration: Oversee RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and material samples, and conduct site visits and field observations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members to foster skill development and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit (essential) and AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp is a plus.
• Proven expertise in multifamily, hospitality, or renovation projects (private residential is not a focus).
• Familiarity with ADA/FHA standards and knowledge of NYC and Miami-Dade codes (preferred).
• Ability to balance technical proficiency with creative design sensibilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
