Responsibilities:
- Lead small to medium size healthcare projects.
- Support project teams on large projects.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of document production.
- Review submittals, support, and/or lead field observations and agency reviews.
- Manage the work of production staff and outside consultants.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines on our design team.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture; Architecture License required.
- Minimum of 10 years of job-related experience.
- Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
- Revit proficiency is required.
- Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent Quality Control skills
- Time management skills.
