Project Architect - Healthcare

Location: Culver City, California

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Healthcare Project Architect to join our clients dynamic Healthcare Team, offering tremendous opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in healthcare architecture, with a strong background in planning and design. They must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead healthcare teams and present to clients across all project phases. This role requires a professional capable of managing small to mid-sized projects with a strong technical understanding, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include leading the design and construction administration of ambulatory healthcare facilities, skilled nursing, and on-campus facilities, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing project budgets and schedules. The ideal candidate must have experience coordinating MEP, structural engineering, and vendor contracts, and be familiar with the lease transaction process within the local Healthcare Real Estate community. A proactive approach with strong collaboration skills is essential.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s of Architecture degree required, with 10+ years of relevant experience. A professional architectural license (CA) is preferred, and advanced credentials such as CHID, ACHA, LEED, or WELL are desirable. Candidates should have expertise with HCAI/OSHPD construction processes and healthcare segments, along with knowledge of FGI, IBC, and NFPA standards. Proficiency in REVIT and CAD, along with intermediate MS Office skills, is preferred.
