We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This position is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of innovative projects, from concept to completion, in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in architectural design, project management, and sustainable design. This role requires a deep understanding of the design process, from initial concept development to final construction documentation. Experience with LEED, AutoCAD Architecture, and construction administration is essential.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Architect, you will:
1. Lead the architectural design process, from concept development to final design.
2. Prepare and review construction drawings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards and regulations.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Implement sustainable design principles and practices, aiming for LEED certification when possible.
6. Oversee construction administration, resolving any issues that arise and ensuring that the project is built according to the design.
7. Conduct site planning and building design, taking into account environmental, social, and economic factors.
8. Use AutoCAD Architecture and other software tools to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings.
9. Continually stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the architecture and construction industry.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction documentation.
3. Proficiency in Architectural Design, Design Development, Construction Drawings, Project Management, Construction Documentation, Sustainable Design, LEED, Architectural Drawings, Construction Administration, Site Planning, Building Design, AutoCAD Architecture.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
6. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to design excellence.
7. A deep understanding of sustainable design principles and practices, with experience in achieving LEED certification.
8. Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and other relevant software tools.
9. A valid license to practice architecture.
10. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
