Our client is a well-established and successful mid-sized architecture firm with 15+ years of experience of experience taking projects from design to development in the coastal communities in and around Orange County. Their projects range from high-end luxury residential to modern boutique hotels and other commercial properties.
Currently they are looking to add a Project Architect who can work out of their office in Costa Mesa and this will be a full-time permanent role offering generous compensation, solid benefits, stability and growth potential with a very fun down to earth team.

Job Details
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience within an Architecture firm.
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree from a U.S. accredited Architecture school.
- Strong fluency in Building Information Modeling (Revit)
- Graphic and presentation skills (both hand and digital), along with design software knowledge (Autodesk Products, Adobe Applications, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Experience with residential building and zoning codes regulations in Southern California.
- Experience as a leader, and collaboration skills for managing projects and team members.
- A drive to constantly learn, improve and contribute to the evolution of the firm and junior staff.
- Passion for high-end residential design with expectations of excellence and client satisfaction.
- Aptitude to adjust between conceptual design, document preparation, and project delivery.
- Understanding of entitlement processes and experience with Single Family Residential projects
- Understanding of all design phases and related coordination (internally and externally)
- Knowledge of basic PC applications and tools (Google Workspaces, Microsoft Windows, etc.)
