We're hiring a Project Architect

We are looking to add a Project Architect to our high-density/mixed-use residential project teams. Our Project Architects are responsible for the overall successful completion of schematic design, design development, and construction drawing documentation. Key to success is the ability to collaborate with Project Managers in monitoring of project budget and schedule), coordinate with consultants, provide technical expertise in the completion of drawings and specifications, and mentoring the young design staff.  

Minimum Requirements:

• (4) four to (6) six years of relevant work experience with all phases of construction documents, including detailing, scheduling, and coordination
• Architectural professional degree (preferred)
• Licensed Architect (non-licensed Architects are hired as Job Captains)
• LEED accredited preferred
• Proficiency with REVIT
• Excellent communication and professional presentation skills required
