We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to support the Netherlands Development program and other international projects as required. With general supervision, this position is responsible for the administration of operational aspects of the program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Administers daily operational aspects of the Netherlands Production project, participates in project plan development.
+ Serves as a liaison between Operations and Engineering and Program Management.
+ Identify & resolve issues that may arise during contract execution in order to maintain program schedule.
+ Provide in-person support to the production team on a recurring basis including material procurement, production planning, and GCS and aircraft testing in Poway and GB to ensure the production delivery schedule is achieved.
+ Work with scheduler to monitor project schedule, timeline, and milestones from initiation to aircraft delivery. Update changes as needed
+ Coordinate with SubK on all supplier parts to ensure on-time delivery
+ Coordinate shipping and logistics between Poway & Gray Butte facilities and to the customer. Ensure all shipping and export documentation are completed and submitted to the US Government as required.
+ Prepare documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations to support program reviews and contract deliverables (i.e. labor charge, CDRLs, internal GATE reviews, external Program Management Reviews, and working group meetings). Responsible for capturing conference minutes and action items during the meeting.
+ Integrates and analyzes project plans to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; ensures that all the key parties are advised.
+ Participates in problem solving with project managers, line managers, production planning, and customers.
+ Provides direction to support staff and may provide direction to less experienced staff.
+ Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Job Qualifications:
+ Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline and six or more years of progressive professional project administration experience. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
+ Must have experience working with teams and organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
+ Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes.
+ Must be customer focused and possess:
+ the ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions to a variety of problems.
+ good analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings
+ good interpersonal skills enabling an effective interface with other professionals.
+ Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance is required.
