Job Details
Client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Project Administrator. This role will be instrumental in managing financial aspects of our projects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for making a difference in the healthcare sector. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all financial aspects of project management, including budget development, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
2. Conducting in-depth data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
3. Utilizing financial applications to streamline project management processes and enhance efficiency.
4. Collaborating with project teams to ensure financial objectives align with project goals.
5. Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
6. Monitoring project budgets and expenditures, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
7. Ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards in all financial operations.
8. Assisting in the development of financial strategies and plans to optimize project outcomes.
9. Providing financial advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
2. Proven experience in financial administration, budget analysis, financial reporting, data analysis, and the use of financial applications.
3. Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
5. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
7. A strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification would be an advantage.
9. The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
10. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
