Project Administrator at GPAC

A financially strong Commercial General Contractor in the Cleveland are is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team.  They are growing by 10% every year, and have extremely solid client relationships which has really beefed up their backlog.  If you want to be treated like a respected construction professional in a reputable general contractor then this is the position for you.  Please see information below for Project Administrator:

Project Administrator Duties:

• Work directly with projects doing Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

Project Administrator Requirements:

• 1 Years of Project Administrator/Coordinator experience with a Commercial Contractor
• High-School Diploma required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
